We strive to ensure your gear meets your professional standards; however, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your electronics within 30 days of delivery. All returned hardware must be in its original packaging and include all accessories to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log in to your Plugin Alliance account and visit the 'Order History' section to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the electronic device in its original box, ensuring all cables, manuals, and protective foam inserts are included.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our technicians verify the unit's condition and serial number, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
